Zest Crepes is the new culinary off-spring of Tina Abrams, founder of Freschi's Crepe and Juice Bar which was located on Hawthorne Street in Portland, Oregon.  The creperie was the first of its kind back in 1998 with a cutting edge menu of fresh crepes, juices, and homemade gelato.

A lot of things have changed for Tina in the past few years.   She got married, sold the business, had two darling children, and moved to the west side of town.  What hasn't changed is her desire to push forward by developing delicious new recipes with the goal of opening another fantastic creperie.

Zest Crepes is overjoyed to announce their return to the Beaverton Farmers Market.  The 2010 season opens May 8th and runs through the end of October.

Our future plan is to open Zest Crepes Bistro.  We are searching for the perfect spot for our bistro and hope to open very soon.

Zest Crepes welcomes you to explore the many delicious flavors of our made to order crepes. We will settle for nothing short of perfection when it comes to our ingredients and presentation.
